You will need to complete grammar test (25 questions) and write a short text (150-200 words) on a given topic. Our HR Department will take the decision within 7 business days. Q.Do you need my personal information?
A. Yes, we need your personal and contact information along with educational background and working experience details. All the information is kept safe and can never be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
Q.When will my application be approved?
A. HR Department requires 7 business days after you sent all documents and completed the tests to fully review and approve an application. Within this period you will get an email with the approval or denial of your application. Decision of HR department is final and cannot be reconsidered.

Q.An I qualified for a freelancer position?
A. A successful candidate should have:
- good writing skills;
- personal computer and access to the Internet;
- excellent knowledge of English;
- dedication to your work.
Q.I am approved, what should I start with?
A. When you receive an approval letter from our HR Department, you are recommended to review our Guides (System Guide and Writing standards). Take some time to learn all system features, get used to them, contact our professional Support for any assistance you need.
Q.What type of available projects I can get?
A. You will see different project types including creative writing, content writing, programming, and technical tasks.
Q.How do your award project to writers?
A. We do not award any project without writer's request. If you found a project you would like to work on, you should use your "take order" option or place a bid. If your bid is accepted, you will be assigned to the project. You can find more information about this process in our System guide.
Q.How many projects can I work on simultaneously?
A. We have several writer's levels and sub-levels and each has different account limitations. The lower your level is, the less projects you can be working on simultaneously. All newly approved freelancers start with the minimum amount of projects - 1 at a time. The more projects you are awarded, the more money you can earn.
Q.What happens if I fail the project?
A. We respect our freelancers and constantly improve our system in order to create the best working conditions and we expect only high quality, non-plagiarized and on time submitted projects. If you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions, it will result in penalties in accordance with the Fine Policy.
Q.What payment methods can I choose from?
A. Our Company supports Payoneer card load (minimum amount - $20) and Payoneer Global Transfer (minimum amount - $150).
A. Once you complete the project, you will see the earned amount in your financial report.
You can make a withdrawal request anytime but not later than 2 days prior the payment session. You cannot make a withdrawal request for the amount less than your payment method presumes. The payment session days are: 1st and 15th of the month.
